You deserve to feel seen, heard, and supported. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, grief, or something harder to name, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Yet early experiences, trauma, or stress can shape how we relate to ourselves and others, leaving us stuck, anxious, or unsure of who we are. You might find yourself over-functioning, people-pleasing, or repeating painful patterns, even when you long for something different.
We work with adults navigating trauma, burnout, anxiety, identity questions, complex family dynamics, and relational wounds, especially those rooted in early attachment.
We work with children and families who are learning how to best support their children as they learn and adapt to the world around them.
We also help couples strengthen their communication with each other, find their way back to each other, and reinforce the foundation of their relationship.

From the Founder, Dr. Amanda, PhD, LPC, ACS
I’m a warm, supportive, and compassionate therapist who helps clients feel more connected—to themselves, their relationships, and their sense of purpose. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood.
My approach is holistic and integrative, shaped by years of experience working with diverse clients across a range of settings. I’ve worked in academic environments, acute mental health, crisis and assessment, group therapy, and with individuals and families navigating advanced care planning and end-of-life transitions. I work with children ages 5 and up, adults, couples, and families.
I believe therapy is a tool for deeper and more meaningful self-understanding, healing, and growth. Together, we’ll explore your past, make sense of how it impacts your present, and develop practical and effective coping tools that help you move forward in your life. My role is to walk alongside you through change—helping you better understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors so you can feel more empowered, balanced, and aligned with the best version of yourself.
